How Do I Cancel My Entertainment Membership?

For individuals that need to perform account-related updates, we provide a secure portal to ensure that our Members' details remain safe. To access your account, launch the Automatically Renewing Membership self-service website at https://account.entertainment.com. 

1.  Enter your email address
2. Click the "Email My Secure Link" button
3. You will receive an email with a secure link to your account.  If you do not see it within a few minutes, consider checking your SPAM or Junk Mail folders for a message from the [e-mail] email address.

Once logged into your account, follow these steps:

1. Click the "Entertainment Digital" or "View Details"
2. Click "Cancel Mobile App Membership"
3. If you are sure you still want to cancel your Digital Membership, click "Cancel Membership." If you opt not to cancel, you can stop the process from proceeding.
4. On the next screen, please select a reason for canceling your Digital Membership from the drop-down list.
5. Review the Terms of Cancellation and acknowledge.
6. To complete the cancellation process, click the button on the left that reads, "Cancel Membership. I Don't Want Great Savings."

Cancelled Digital Memberships will remain active and available for use until the billing date listed within your account.  Verification of the cancellation will be emailed to you once complete.
