If you've signed up for Kigo using your email and have either forgotten your password or simply want to update it, we've got you covered with our password reset link.
Follow these steps to change your password:
- Go to the Kigo login page and enter the email associated with your account
- After entering your email, click “Continue” and locate the “Forgot Password?” link
- Enter the email address linked to your Kigo account and click “Continue”
- Head to your email, open for the “Password reset” email from us and click the “Reset password” button
- You will be lead to the Kigo where you can set a new password
- Follow the reset password instructions in the Kigo app, continuing through the steps until your password has been successfully reset
If you signed up for Kigo using your Apple or Google account, kindly follow the password reset options available on those platforms.
